You must upload an image type like JPG, PNG or GIF. If you have an image with a different type, simply open it with an image editor such as Windows Paint, then save it as JPG, PNG or GIF. If the image name is like myimage.jpg but you still have the error, you can fix it by opening it in an image editor and overwrite it.

• If the image is not a JPEG image, you can save your image under that format. Saving your image as JPG will reduce the image's weight. Simply open your image with an image editor such as Windows Paint, then save it as JPG.
• If the image weight is still too heavy, you must reduce its dimensions. Simply open the image with an image editor such as Windows Paint, then resize the image in smaller dimensions.
