To add a category on guideme, you need 1 thing:

If you browse guideme and you can't find a certain category, or you want to add a guide and the category doesn't exist, you can simply make one!

Click the
+
button from the top bar, then click

You can also click "add category" or "add category here" buttons in certain pages.

Add a title — First, enter the category title. Try to enter a simple title, such as
Video games
or
Gardening
.

Add a picture / thumbnail so users can see what the category is about

Try to find the simplest form of the category's topic. For example just upload a controller picture if your category is about video games

Just click

and follow the instructions.

Once your category created, you can move it at any time (click edit, change the category, then click Save changes)
